Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All content on our website — including images, text, logos, recipes, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Pikliz Please. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our products are made in small batches with quality ingredients. However, they may contain allergens. It is your responsibility to review product ingredients before purchase or consumption.

Return and Refund Policy

  

At Pikliz Please, we make our products in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of a product that arrives damaged or incorrect.

  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Please contact us at biz[@]piklizplease.co within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
  3. Once we review and approve your claim, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

  

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery cannot be processed.
  • Refunds will only be issued for products that are damaged or incorrect — we cannot accept returns for reasons of taste preference or change of mind.
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control once the package is shipped.
