Its complex flavor comes from a pickling process that lets the vegetables and Scotch bonnet peppers develop layers of heat and zest, creating a balance that’s as vibrant as the island itself. We make ours with clean, locally sourced fresh ingredients. No additives, no shortcuts, just authentic flavor in every bite.
